DUBAI: Iran said on Monday that the restoration of Tehran’s 2015 nuclear deal with world powers is dependent on Washington, despite hopes that discussions to salvage the accord could restart shortly after the top EU diplomat’s visit to the Islamic Republic.
“The ball is now in Washington’s court,” Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Saeed Khatibzadeh said at his weekly televised news conference.
