MOSCOW: Although Washington is encouraging Ukraine’s “bellicose tone,” which complicates diplomatic efforts to resolve the issue, a spokeswoman for the foreign ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated on Monday that Russia is open to dialogue.
The goals we set for Ukraine will be accomplished, we reiterate, especially for the American side, Zakharova stated on the ministry website.
“The terms of diplomacy with Russia are known, and they are open. The longer Washington supports Kyiv’s aggressive attitude and the terrorist activities of Ukrainian saboteurs, the more challenging it will be to find diplomatic solutions.
