DUBAI – UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan will pay his second state visit to Oman on Tuesday, his second since taking office in May.
According to Emirates News Agency, the two-day visit is in response to Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman’s invitation (WAM).
Both leaders will meet during the tour to discuss prospects for further collaboration in a variety of sectors, including finance and industry, as well as strategies to empower youth for a better future for the two countries.
According to WAM, the visit would focus on strengthening business ties.
Both presidents will discuss current events in the Arab world and the efforts done to create peace and prosperity.
“The visit will also solidify the two countries’ common vision for a secure and stable area that promotes sustainable development and a vibrant economy,” said WAM.
The visit, according to Sayyid Ahmed Hilal Al Busaidi, Ambassador of Oman to the UAE, would boost business partnerships and increase investment potential.
He stated that both countries’ long-standing desire to strengthen cooperation has fostered growth in a variety of industries, which can benefit the region as a whole.
Al Busaidi also emphasized the importance of bilateral political coordination through coordination and dialogue on a variety of regional and international concerns.
