RIYADH: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) has resumed its humanitarian activities in Yemen, Jordan, and Tajikistan.

On Friday, the center announced a new partnership with the Jordanian Hashemite Charitable Organization to offer winter apparel to Syrian and Palestinian refugees in Jordan.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the project will benefit 23,529 people by providing vouchers worth over $1 million that they can use to buy their own winter apparel from approved merchants.

The center’s water supply and environmental sanitation outreach in Yemen has continued to provide clean, drinkable water in many locations of the country.

According to SPA, the initiative pumped 744,000 liters of useable water and 73,000 liters of potable water to needy villages in Hajjah Governorate during the last week of August.

100,000 liters of potable water and 40,000 liters of useful water were delivered in Saada.

Meanwhile, in Tajikistan, an initiative to improve healthcare services for women, babies, and children in four regions continues to assist 300,000 people.

In the selected provinces, the campaign intends to supply equipment for four central hospitals, 87 primary healthcare homes, and 42 health clinics.
