JEDDAH: Border officials at the Halat Ammar border crossing are continuing to welcome foreign pilgrims using an integrated system of services supplied by civil, military, and government institutions.

The services aim to better assist pilgrims and improve the quality of services offered by the Saudi government, beginning when pilgrims arrive in the Kingdom and continuing until they return to their home countries.

The region’s Hajj work committee at Halat Ammar’s Pilgrims’ City also provides medical care and religious awareness activities under the direct supervision and oversight of Tabuk Gov. Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz.

Pilgrims expressed their gratitude for the services provided, noting that King Salman had gone out of his way to assist his Muslim brothers and sisters wherever they were.

Widad Ibrahim, a Palestinian pilgrim, expressed her delight at being among this year’s pilgrims. She also expressed gratitude to the Saudi authorities for their assistance.

“The pilgrims are enjoying the best services, and I’d like to offer my pleasure and admiration for the services and hospitality we discovered.” In fact, they symbolize the Saudi government’s and people’s desire to serve Allah’s guests who come from all over the world to perform Hajj rituals,” Ibrahim remarked.

Pilgrims also expressed gratitude to Saudi Arabia for utilizing its capabilities and services to assist pilgrims passing through the Halat Ammar border point in performing their rites in an atmosphere of security, safety, comfort, stability, and peace.

Wael Al-Humaidat, another Palestinian, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to perform his first Hajj. He praised the Saudi government’s superb services and the kind welcome pilgrims had received.

Al-Humaidat prayed for the protection of Saudi Arabia and its people from evil. He also asked Allah to keep his protection and safety blessings on Saudi Arabia.
